Jaikishin Mulchandani, aged 36 years, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company. He was appointed as CFO of the Company pursuant the approval of Board of Directors of the Company in a meeting held on June 09, 2025.

He has completed Bachelor of Commerce in the subject Financial Accounting and Auditing from University of Mumbai, in the year 2010. He is having over 13 years of experience in the field of financial planning, budgeting and taxation.

Kapila Shardul Tikke

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Kapila Shardul Tikke, aged 36 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. She was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to approval of Board of Directors of the Company in a meeting held on January 01, 2026.

She is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India since year 2018 having ICSI membership and Bachelor of Law from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in the Year 2015. She has over 7 years of experience in the field of Company Law, Corporate Governance, Legal Drafting and Corporate Planning.
